Vintage Kantha Blanket in Muted Tones

This blanket has a bit more weight to it, a little thicker due to layering. Kantha material is the layering of old saris that is then quilted giving it a lovely texture, which changes over time as fabric starts to wear. This particular piece has been slightly patched throughout with various printed sections. It's mainly muted tones on both sides with a blue/ lavender hue and splashes of pink and greens.
