Vintage Kantha with Suzani Embroidery Throw Blues

A vintage throw made from layered old sares that are then stitched together to being a new life. It's a work of art! The kantha material is super soft, joyfully colorful, each piece unique. After the kantha is created, the artisans embroider the throw with a Suzani style with flowers, vines and winding leaves. The piece is reversible and the edges are finished. The kantha material is a classical method of up-cycling materials to keep them active and out of landfills. We love it! This piece if filled with blues, pink, beige, browns, greens and some marron.
