Suzani Bedcover Handwoven Silk Floral Pastels

The word Suzani is derived from the Persian word suzan, which means needle. A Suzani is a hand-embroidered, decorative textile made in Central Asia. These large textile panels were made by nomadic tribes and were an integral part of their nomadic lifestyle used as tables, bed linen, prayer mats or seating. This is a newly made piece, perfect for a lively bedcover over a single bed or lengthwise over a double. The bedcover has a natural base with an array of flowers. It's amazing!
