If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days by reaching out to info@nestfactory.com. Especially with vintage items, please keep in mind that it does mean they are not perfect...to avoid the hassle and expense of a return if you would like additional photos etc please ask prior to purchase- happy to help! If a return is necessary, all items received must be returned in sellable condition, clothing with original tags attached etc. We will not issue a refund for an item shipped back to us that has broken due to inefficient packaging.
When a return occurs, we will email you a prepaid shipping label if you’re located in Europe. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note all international orders are final-sale and not eligible for refunds or returns. We will issue your refund as soon as we receive the return. Refunds are issued in the same form as the initial payment. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.
