Terms of service

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between Nest Factory Ltd Oy, 2396591-3 ("Company") and the customer who makes a purchase from Nest Factory Ltd Oy via the www.nestfactory.com ("Website"). Detailed contact information and other information about the company can be found on the website. The terms apply only to consumers who carry out orders and buy a product from us via the website.

In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the Company also applies a Privacy Policy. In this policy, you can read how we treat your personal information when you shop with us. You need to be over 16 years old and not under guardianship. If you are under 16, your guardian’s consent is required to order from us.

We may change these Terms at any time, but the changes that you approved at the time of your purchase always apply to that purchase. All changes will be reflected in the most recently published version of the Terms and Conditions on the Site. Changes will come into effect from accepting the Terms, that is, when you make a new purchase.

Agreement and order 
In order to make a purchase via the Website, you must accept the Terms.

Upon receipt of the order, the Company will send an order confirmation to you via email as soon as possible confirming the order. Purchase agreements are only concluded when the Company has confirmed the order in writing and you have received the order confirmation by e-mail.

We reserve the right to refuse an order, for example, if you have entered incorrect information or the order cannot be met due to products being out of stock. Please note that products that are temporarily out of stock must be re-ordered on another occasion.

Returns 
Returns are free within EU but do not including the initial shipping costs.  For all outside the EU orders, sales are final unless the received product arrives damaged. If such a case occurs contact us at info@nestfactory.com and we will figure an appropriate way to go forward. Items marked as SALE are final sales and non-returnable.

Delivery
Cost of shipping will be added upon order unless otherwise stated. Delivery time may vary depending on which option you choose. The expected delivery time within Finland is 2-5  business days. Please note that delivery times are approximate and deviations from these may occur. If your order is delayed, you will receive a message about this. Before delivery, you will receive a notification indicating when and when your order will be picked up or received. You are responsible for receiving or redeeming your order for the time specified in the notice. Packages are primarily collected personally with valid identification and order number. For orders that have not been picked up, we have the right to charge a fee of 15€ for our handling cost of the order and for the return.

Product information etc.
We reserve the right for final sale of products as well as any image or writing errors on the website, in advertisements or other promotional material as well as product descriptions. The Company has the right to correct such errors, modify or update the information on the website and to continuously make product changes and improvements on the website.

Images on the website that show products, in advertisements and other promotional material should be considered for illustrative purposes only and not a specification of the product's features, functions, origin or as a warranty. The Company is not responsible for information on the website that comes from a third party.

The content of the website is protected by copyright. Product names and logos may also be protected by trademark law or under market law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, designs, layouts, and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of Nest Factory Ltd Oy.

Prices and payment
When ordering, prices quoted on the website are stated at the time of the order, unless otherwise agreed. All prices are quoted in EUR and include current VAT. Prices do not include any payment and shipping charges, which are listed separately. The total price of the order will be displayed before you complete the order and in the order confirmation.

You can pay for your purchase by using any of the payment options available and according to the separate payment terms listed on the website. We reserve the right to not always offer a particular payment method or change payment method if the selected payment method for some reason does not work at the time of purchase.

Promotions, discount codes and other offers
Nest Factory Ltd Oy may, from time to time, carry out promotions, discount codes and other offers for different products ("Offers"). For products covered by such Offers, the discount or the favourable terms apply for the limited period specified in connection with the Offer in question or as long as the stock is sufficient. Otherwise, these Terms and Conditions apply.

Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise. Upon termination or revocation of the Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall apply in full to the products previously included in the Offer.

Right of withdrawal for individuals
When you purchase products from the website, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason, except as stated below. If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the ordered product ("Refusal Period"). When you make your purchase via the website, you have the right to open the package and examine the product to the extent necessary to determine if you are satisfied with it.  If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear and clear message to the Company before the expiry of the expiration date at info@nestfactory.com. For smooth handling, the message should include your name, address, order number, order date, email address and what products you regret if the order contains several products. Products will be shipped to us without unnecessary delay and in any event, no later than 14 days after the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you regret your purchase, we will refund all of the payments we received from you related to this purchase. The refund will be made without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of our notification of your decision to cancel your purchase. Refunds are made via the payment method you chose when ordering unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise.
