Vintage Kantha with Suzani Embroidery Throw

A vintage throw made from layered old sares that are then stitched together to being a new life. It's a work of art! The kantha material is super soft, joyfully colorful, each piece unique. After the kantha is created, the artisans embroider the throw with a suzani style with flowers, vines and winding leaves. The piece is reversible and the edges are not finished giving it a very boho casual look. The kantha material is a classical method of up-cycling materials to keep them active and out of landfills. We love it! This piece if filled with orange, pink, beige, grey, browns and some red.
